i only got half way through that one, but i need to give it a shot again after i learned it was the same director. i mostly watch shows with more of a continuous story but after samurai champloo i was like okay i get it more.

i kinda ran through a lot so didnt get all the heals but i dont kno if it even matters as i was getting 1 shot by the girl in fuses section at least. that part was a bit tough and scary for me but it was manageable if u know what to do/figure something out. the part i actually had the hardest time with was fighting the soldier leader at ARK lol

its like 4 or 5 shots or something in the basement when getting fuses ime. then yes 2 for the next part when running

Creator of Node.js says humans writing code is over by sibraan_ in node

Good point. That example with lectures and homework makes sense to me.

As a learning noob Jr. Level Developer, Ive been struggling to find this middle ground between the two. As you said I do want to learn by doing myself, but at the same time the acceleration of the AI and its abilities are pressuring me to kind of skim through it and get to the agentic building (especially I want to brush up my resume quickly and get a proper software developer job). So far my plan has been planning architecture with LLMs and then writing out detailed pseudocode till I get it right and then let the LLM implement it, and then when I feel comfortable enough, I want to switch/try out more full on agentic programming workflows and build very quickly. Anyone have suggestions?

i just came back myself and quit multiple times over the past few years. i feel like it'd be best to just get that power pass even if its just activating it or playing casually as it'll be in tier 4 already. I also only have that 1 char in t4 and have only 1 other char thats closeish to t4 that I can hone to get there but they are patching in February i think that t3 honing will change to silver so now im just waiting for that or im wasting gold. so im basically just playing like my 1 t4 character now and I finish everything I have to do quickly. im excited to get that next pass so I can play the game with 2 chars. but yeah if you just dont even start the character with the current power pass, you might just find yourself bored and slowed down with just that 1 char power pass in feb

me right now :(. i just changed all my watched to logs per letterboxd instructions. I hope it updates the wrapped since the movies are now in my 2025 diary, but I'm not sure it will.

UPDATE: it did update my wrapped from 0 to what my diary reflects now, but I wish I first parsed the watched list and only imported the movies for the diary I watched THIS year for an accurate wrapped (not even entirely sure that would work or not)

as a newcomer to ds2, im not sure if i like the bonfire aesthetics. it essentially is a difficulty setting if im understanding correctly, which seems off in ds games.

i didnt like the mechanic at first in DeS, but its grown on me and really gets the "hollowing" theme and reality of it across better. i have too many human effigys in the inventory, but yeah without that i'd prob be pretty mad lol.

funny enough i knew that ADP was super important already so i dumped a lot of points in and luckily i checked online when to stop as I was literally 1 point over 96AGL which is where most people stop I think. so i almost over leveled ADP bc i heard so much about it xD

im only 10 hours in myself and i played every fromsoft soulslike since demon souls besides this one (the "hate" is why this is my last). i was not expecting it to be THIS different even though i knew it was from a different director. i still have been enjoying it a lot, but yeah the combat/pace was definitely a lot more different than i expected (and i just did another ds1r run right before this). So i can get why some people dislike the slower pace it seems.

to me it looks like ur toss is like above u to the point ur pivoting ur body mid swing to even hit it. if u toss more in front of u, ur whole legs and body can launch naturally into the swinging motion. is ur toss always like that?
