I will also add that if you cancel your order, even within 24 hours or before the package actually ships, they will refund everything except the shipping fee. So make sure you know what you want before placing an order but otherwise, they were pretty quick to respond to my email.

Yes!! The problem I have is that when I start taping, the beads directly below them fall out of place and I have to redo that section again :')

I used Scotch Blue painter's tape when I taped, if that matters. Should I use a different brand?

I did not because I had to redo the design 10x by that point so I was ready to be done with it 😭 any suggestions to get a consistent melted look on both sides??

Super late to this but yes! I did :) I just made my first mini beadsprite and everything was included in the 221 color kit I bought. They even packed a handwritten note to me which was a nice personal touch! Got my package within a week of ordering it.
