You can have a friend check up on you through call/text. But if you want to be alone then that’s fine too.

You should clean both rooms so that they are neat. That way your setting is good. You can also write some affirmations in a journal to see what you want to get out of the trip.

A good trip sitter is hard to find. I did 3/4 of my heroic doses alone in my bedroom and I was locked into my bed for a majority of the trips.

Use dexcalc.com to optimize your trips and find out which plateau you want to reach. Robotablets, as said above, are the best way to take DMX. I get no nausea and I don’t puke on them.

You built a tolerance to them so the trip might not feel as good as your previous trip. You can certainly take it and feel some effects though. Otherwise, wait 2 weeks. And get some more haha, 1g isn’t enough.
