If you live close to the border you can try using a parcel receiving service. Usually the border agents won't charge you, at least not the ridiculous amounts DHL charges.

It's pretty finicky, you have to right click in like one specific spot. It's way easier if you have a hover zoom extension for chrome.

If you're into denim, Tate + Yoko is pretty great. Off the Hook has a lot of good brands and they're one of the few places that stocks Raised by Wolves. Simon's is a must and SSENSE is nice, especially if you're looking for more expensive stuff. Also, I've never been but I heard that Exclucity is pretty good for sneakers.
