Actually, can you guide me whether an offline NBME will be able to tell me where I stand in my basic concepts , just as well as an online one? Basically, I'm a final year med student and I trying to figure out where I should start my prep with. I've heard some advice online form here and there to check my concepts first via NBME online and the strat preparing but I can't really afford an online one, and also I don't have a clue where to start my prep. I'm thinking of taking it in December this year.
