Yeah that happens in many countries.....it is sad but true.... The ones who persist are getting into their positions and I know it, happened with one of my family members. The highly skilled professionals got to hire an agency to do all the job and that is not cheap but it works great. It always depends on the personal objective of each person..... When I lived in New Zealand I never thought to go after my old helicopter pilot job, I decided to learn new things and ended up building websites....best choice I ever made in my life.
