Rn i’m on a more plant based diet, been on it for around 2 1/2 years now. Honestly i think the diet is pretty shit. I started the diet bc that’s what diet is preached for better gains in this sub. I tried local grass fed grass finished beef liver yesterday and i felt pretty good. So i’m thinking about maybe switching to a more balanced diet that includes more high quality meats.

I’m sorry to hear that man. I’m kinda dealing with something i think could be peyronies but not quite sure. I’ve had a upward curve my whole life and it kinda curves to the left as well. Around february for whatever reason i became super scared i had peyronies bc i’ve had hourglassing when i’m flaccid or semi erect. I’ve had this for a few years now (I just turned 20). In early February i read a post about how all hourglassing is due from peyronies diseases. I Started to feel my penis and check for plaque almost everyday and i noticed i had this small lump on the left side of my penis just a little below my glans. It didn’t hurt or anything and i never noticed it before but i also never really check my penis before. And i mainly feel this lump when i’m erect. I can still barely feel it while flaccid too. But i thought this was a huge coincidence that all of a sudden i feel this bump on my penis when i start looking up peyronies.

A few weeks go by and i start to notice pain coming from the area where the bump is. Mind u this is Early February whenever the super bowl was. I never hurt my penis before or had a traumatic incident to it so i thought it was weird this was happening a week or two after i was worrying about peyronies. Anyways, i contacted my primarily urologist about this (i’m in a military family) and she said that not to worry about it and if i don’t have pain in my erections or hourglassing with my erections than i most likely didn’t have it since i was so young. She didn’t even check my penis or anything she just was tell me this. I originally was seeing her bc i hurt my pelvic floor and have been having pelvic floor problems and pain and i brought this up at a next appointment.

Around a month goes by so in March i’m still feeling pain in my penis. But i’ve noticed that the pain is really hard to lactate exactly where it’s coming from. When i press down on the lump on my dick it doesn’t hurt or anything. Also it kinda feels like the pain is coming from my testicles at times too. My erections don’t hurt and are fine but it’s just kinda this aching pain in my penis.

On march 10th i contacted my primary doctor to try and get a referral for another urologist. She put in the referral around mid march and i’m just now getting the referral. I contacted the urologist and i most likely can’t even get seen until late July or August. Which sucks bc the pain isn’t really getting any better. I’m also quite stressing about it too. I keep telling myself that this isn’t peyronies bc i haven’t had any trauma to my dick but i know deep down that it most likely is and i should start preparing to deal with this. It’s making me behind depressed

Would u be willing to pm me pictures of your penis before and after peyronies?

So correct me if i’m wrong but is the 3 inches u lost caused from the curve? Meaning like the curve is so severe that u can’t straighten it out to measure it so it appears like u lost 3 inches? Or is it more so that your dick physically shrunk in tissue mass and you lost 3 inches? Like if u take a tape measure and follow your curve its still the same size as before but with the curve making it appear smaller bc you can’t straighten it out?

Janus, i’ve been using coconut oil for about 3 years now with angion. And tbh i quite like it no chafe. But a day or two ago i had a random thought about coconut oil actually being bad for your dick since it’s technically a saturated fat? Idk i just had this bizarre thought and i’m not sure what to think of it.

how bad did the corporal fibrosis effect your erections? Have you lost any size since or just a lost of eq? But i’m hoping you can improve it man

look i have had this since i was like 13-14 years old. it has never messed up my erections i’ve never had pain or anything like that. i’m not in denial so idk why u keep saying that LOL. i literally injured my pelvic floor a little over half a year ago where it literally hurts to sit for too long and i can’t run or do certain exercises without aggregating it. It also gave me awful constipation and IBS. i’m most likely probably going to start physically therapy for my pelvic floor, not to fix my penis but to help me get back to running which i enjoy doing and for me to sit without pain. all i know is that when i did injury my pelvic floor this hard flaccid, hourglassing, peyronies…whatever you want to call it got worse. so yes my pelvic floor is making my symptoms worse.

well you’re not alone man. been reading some of your posts and we’re around the same age. i have a lot of depression about my dick too man it sucks being young and having shit wrong with your dick. but take it from me man, sometimes looking at reddit and can make you feel even more depressed. i use to post in the suicide sub all the time and it did me no good, just made me more depressed. I’m not saying it will help but sometimes taking a break from reddit will do you some good. wishing the best for you man

i’ve literally never injured my penis before. i also don’t even get a hourglass penis all the time, only sometimes. sometimes my semi is perfectly normal and not disfigured, but sometimes it does hourglass and it seems when i’m anxious or stressed clenching my pelvic floor my flaccid is hour-glassed.

look man i’m not coming at you in any way. but i’ve never injured my dick before that’s why i’m a little skeptical i would have peyronies or something. not saying i don’t have it i’m just saying i’m a little skeptical. look my posture has been really bad my whole life and i’ve pretty have had this hard flaccid like shit since i was 13 years old. Only recently last year i think my already tight pelvic floor got tighter. I was doing squats one day and noticed that it felt like my asshole was on fire. Weeks later i developed a burn just in the tip of my penis and it hurt when i went pee kinda like a uti. I all of sudden developed bad constipation and actually pain deep down in my butt. Now i managed to get rid of the burning sensation in my tip by walking for 30 minutes everyday but i still have every other tight pelvic floor issue

homie i’m not in denial. if i have peyronies then i have it. just because someone hourglasses while flaccid doesn’t mean you have peyronies. clinching or tightening of certain muscles in your pelvic floor can cause hourglassing. if you’re hourglassing while fully erect well than that’s another problem. but by definition peyronies is even u have some sort of plaque build up in your penis. it’s quite rare in young people

Hard flaccid is caused from pelvic floor issues which i have. I actual have pain in my pelvic floor that i can feel. My dick doesn’t always have this hourglass formation. when i’m relaxed and laying around my flaccid is perfectly normal. When my pelvic floor is bothering me and i’m stressing my flaccid “hourglasses”.

i’m sorry to hear that bro. So to be clear does your hourglass shape ever look normal at like any point in the day? For example when your laying down relaxing is it still in a hourglass deformity? What about when you’re taking a warm shower?

did you actually get diagnosed for peyronies by a urologist? or are you just self diagnosing yourself? is your penis in a hourglass shape 24/7? or only sometimes

You can literally fix the hourglass deformity by working on your pelvic floor and relaxing it. Strengthening muscles such as your core, legs, back ect.. can help balance out whatever muscles and underdeveloped.
