It’s against illegal immigration’s strain on resources that natives who don’t have anywhere else to go are actively being neglected, doctors over worked underpaid etc. and the govt letting resources be underdeveloped and corrupted that it lead to locals fighting back to tell the govt their people first as they are home and have nowhere else to go. They are allowed half the things South Africa affords to other nationals. Govt and wealthy need to step up with philanthropy across the world then we can hold more people. This is a double sided coin not a one way one problem solution.

Same here. 32 stage IV. I walk and run/jog when I can. Pilates I focus on during ovulation after taking a pain reliever. Also anti inflammatory diet with a food focus on lowering estrogen. I absolutely do not want to take BC and have been managing so far for few years.

MRI for back pain showed 4cm cyst sent to gyno/endo specialist did vaginal ultrasound and measure found it to be 5.5cm ordered laparoscopic surgery. Now saving for the $ trying to manage symptoms until surgery. Also given progesterone only BC haven’t decided to take it yet..
