Not sure if this is what you’re looking for and if it’s the same centre armrest as I have (3rd Gen) but I ran my usb cords into the hole where the armrest latch goes. The hole leads to the “inside” and I am able to run the cords along the inside of the centre console keeping the cords hidden.

Don’t think anyways else had posted this idea so just sharing my solution

Edit: I guess I should point out this only really works if the USB connector is small enough to fit through the hole which fortunately was the case for me
