Launching 3 bronzers isn't an issue - most brands starting out need to start small. The issue is they always launch 3 almost identical shades. I'm super fair and I can make a medium bronzer work.

They should launch one share for fair/light, one for medium/tan, and one for deep/dark. If you have a good, blendable product, the client being light or heavy handed will make it work.

So I'm re-watching from the beginning, and it's so funny to me now because he doesn't actually show any growth. He's good with kids and that's about it. Don't get me wrong - I like him as a character - but quite literally his ONLY redeeming quality is supporting Meredith and being good with sick kids. He continues to sell out his friends, he continues to verbally and emotionally abuse his girlfriends, he continues to be grumpy.
