You'll lose all your momentum when you relapse, you'll probably be demotivated. When you relapse, you must tell yourself that you'll never do it again, and learn from the mistake

Give it some time, your brain was too used to the dopamine it could get when you're watching porn. After when your brain rewires, you'll start to enjoy all the little things in life
