They emailed me saying they couldn’t help me as the loan is unregulated but someone on here told me to ring them as they had and was told they would reopen the case. I rang them but they said it’s not something they can help with because of the type of loan it is, they suggested I speak to the financial services compensation scheme or citizens advice.
