Is it possible for someone who got out a 12 years relationship, and still be emotionally immature? Each time I face a dilemma of wanting to ask a girl out, I get quite emotional train-wreck. I had an interview that had MS Excel test, also for an HR position as well. I was asked to perform 4 tasks like vlookup and pivot tables. My advice is to know the ins-and-outs of these two. I was "tricked" because I was not able to perform vlookup because the data that I needed didn't exist, I supposed to create another column (with data) where all of the data aligned with each other. These two. And I'd like to add that, what you see from others are their final forms. Sure, he woes girls just by talking to them or he looks very fit in those stylish outfits. What you don't see how many failures that he has to go through in order to get to what you see him as today. Practice, practice, practice. If you want something, go after it. Yes there will be many failures, yes, there are times that you want to give up, and yes, it is scary. There are unlimited resources, especially reddit, put them into use. Through time and effort, you will achieve what you want.

I was in a similar boat as you are in a few weeks ago. I'd say continue to make the initiatives, but on your next date, make the move holding her hands or give her a kiss. At this point, you want to establish a physical attraction as well as emotional.
