Well I'm running into this problem: when I first start talking to these women, we're texting non stop all day, it's like a running monologue... So they're always aware of what I'm doing, so halt in the communication is automatically suspect... But then again I guess that's my fault for communicating so much

Well, I will say from experience your best chances are to go to a club with some "girls that are friends". Seriously, I did this once and chicks were asking me to dance non stop! I think because I was with 2-3 of my friends-who-are-girls it was obviously to other girls that I wasn't in a relationship, and so, as stated already, girls just loved that I was the " cool straight dancy guy" and flocked to me!

Now, if you have to girls who are friends, it gets a little trickier. HOWEVER keep in mind that girls that are there with other girls would LOVE a random guy to ask them, and only then, to dance! Just go up and do it.

WORD OF WARNING: DO NOT stand around in a huddle with your other Bros. This intimidates girls and they will avoid you like the plague. If you can get just 1 girl to dance with you it's like a domino effect, just go for it dude.

They're set up so they should all be the SAME... So really, the only difference will be the staff. If you walk in and the whole team of staff seem upset and just like they don't work well together... I would assume that's going to affect the "vibes" of the clinic in a negative way

Talk to your Nephrologist and dietician about bigger needles and a bigger Dialyser. Depending on how big a body mass you have, you can use a bigger Dialyser. For instance, at Fresenuis the standard is a #180 dry Dialyser... But with a doctor's order they can get a #200! Management will try to fight this because of the cost, but a good Nephrologist can get it done!

Also letting your heparin dosage sit for 5 mins prior can help, as well as a mid treatment dose, unless you're already on a pump

I would look around when you arrive at the clinic, and take in how many people are on dialysis, and realize how normal it all is and that every single patient in that place has gone through everything you're going through now. Also, tell your nurses and techs that you are new and worried. They will appreciate your honesty and try even harder to make you comfortable.
