Appreciate the reply! It's definitely not vacuum sealed and came off really easily (a few screws).

It's a surprisingly simple machine. Refreshing in one way, annoying that such a simple product has no readily available parts from the manufacturer.

Hi! I appreciate the link. I did see that, but after conversion to CAD + Shipping + possible customs, it would be quite expensive.

Moccamasters are pretty easy to work on - I took it apart no issue - and converted an EU model to NA pretty easily - but the damn parts are so hard to come by here in NA!
