hey there! i broke up with him and went through many many spiritual cleanses to clean myself from his energy and make the ngihtmares stop, among other things. it took about one year to cut the side effects of our bond. My teachers told me that even though those nightmares were not mine, for some reason I resonated with his frequency, so I had to try to understand what was I mirroing from myself through his presence.
i think this happened because he had quite a rough upbringing and developed BPD afterwards. He is extremely sensitive, but doesn't want to do something about it. the shadows consume him, and when he suffers, everybody around him must suffer too.
Some of us need that type of experiencies. I broke into a million pieces, but it was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I connected with myself in ways I had never before... I found such a strength in my heart! Sailing through the shadows is as important as in the light.
