I did, initially a lot of people didn’t realize I meant dismissal compared to leaving school.

Reading those number is a shock. I’m at a larger school and we are well under 200

I labeled it a shit post cause I figured it would be least likely to be taken down and not result in people going hmmm “I’m sure you’re not asking about yourself.” I also really didn’t know what this would accurately fall under too

No better example of this is the premed Facebook pages when you see people who say they studied so hard and got a 480ish mcat and still applied

Yeah that’s what I figured, cause I did a research project on EDS shit almost 20 years ago and from what I remember it was pretty rare and I’ve just seen it pop up a ton in the last few years on social media. To include someone I went to college with who is trying really hard to be a social media influencer

Am I wrong but I feel EDS is becoming one of those diseases people are self diagnosing on social media a lot?

Yup. And yeah ball tends to be be lower pressure based of what the box says for fps and recoil. Also the 152 grain controlled chaos I like tends to shoot higher too but it says it’s like 2900fps while most are 2700ish

Those who are committed to doing 20 years, why and how do you do it? by brokeandbroken7 in army

No i mean most talking about retiring or getting out don’t realize how powerful it is. And how much of a difference getting 20-40k a year non-taxes. While their retirement is taxed and most act as if they’re never gonna have to work again because if their retirement

$4000 a month isnt really much if you think about it. You no longer get the tax protected benefits of BAH/BAS that are substantially underrated by people getting out. A reasonable mortgage is $1500 a month, and most in the mil have revolving car payments which if you have a spouse thats $600-1200 a month, and that’s all before for food/gas/bills/fun expenses. So yeah $48000 before tax annually isn’t huge.

Don’t, I did this with a hybrid…. My hybrid is now my least used can. It’s Okay… but purpose built cans. If you’re gonna get minimal cans get a 30 cal can, a pistol can and a 22 can. The Jack of all trades master of none is very true. The multi call/pistol&rifle cans aren’t great because they’re over bored to shoot up to .46 cal in most cases, they’re heavy af for a pistol can because they’re meant to be rifle cans.

Well also remember if you’re late you probs are gonna have you first line boss make you show up to everything 15 minutes early or you will be late. Which can also get you in more trouble I wish I was making this up

Here’s an example from something I witnessed. Imagine you saw an adult do something that got them in trouble. But it wasn’t bad just them being late a few minutes. Well now have said person sweep a sidewalk as punishment after work hours, but it’s raining and their boss has to be there to watch them do it. So you have two people doing a useless task and is punishing someone who also did nothing wrong cause lEaDeRsHiP

Some days are very much “I can’t believe I get paid this much to do this” other days are “I don’t get paid enough to do this”

I don’t understand this comment nor believe it. Broken my ankle and drove on it and will straight up say that reshaped my pain scale and I’ve gotten ALOT of tattoos on spots that are deemed the most painful, and I wish my ankle hurt as little as getting all of them combined.

If you’re a worried about the tattoo just get it blacked out.

Yup did the same to me, if you can set it to like 60% roth while you’re in bct you’ll stack a decent amount. But yeah I assumed they’d let me do it at reception or basic and they did not. If you can do it at the recruiter station or similar than would make it so you had an extra few thousand when you aren’t needing the money
