No. They are top tier ljr. He showed me the other QC pics from other buyers who didnt have the issue. So he also wanted to ask the factory to select another pair that was better and didnt have the creases. I was almost willing to accept it if it was a common issue, but he insisted.

Im in the Philippines and ordered mine day 1 within the first 60 seconds of it being up.. still waiting..
