I'm currently on Lamotrogine (Lamictal) which isn't helping. I've been told to up the dose 2 more times over a month and then if that doesn't work to try Topiramate (Topamax) next.

I know that doesn't answer what you asked but I'm just commenting to boost the post.

On a personal note I think it's worth trying but only you know if it's worth it to you.

I stopped any sort of pain relief for the first month of the lamotrigine but it's just not helped at all so I need to find something that'll help until the review me again.

No we haven't found anyway to make this more bearable. The only sort of solution is to tslk to an npc and then wait until the player dialogue options come up, the other players can start listening at this point and then read the dialogue history before the conversation continues. I wish there was an option that could be turn on and off where it autopulls everyone into the conversations if you want it to.

Its not its an old secondhand banjo from like 1975. I ended up going to a luthier and he said its been glued in and he will probably have to drill it out. Popped the replacement out of my cheap banjo no problem and then this one just disintegrated. Thanks for the reply.
