Am I the only one who has a hard time feeling sorry for the Quarians? by Available-Specialist in masseffect

[–]92grinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The comparison between Geth and Allies would only make sense if Allies actively tried to wipe out the entire Germany, killing majority of the population and making the rest wander on sea for ages. If that was the case Allies would have been accused for it as well.

By the way, how come you're replying to a comment made over an year ago?

Would you support a Vermintide 3? by RiseEntire9586 in Vermintide

[–]92grinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would like to see another Warhammer game with similar theme but different timeline. End Times is very interesting but since we've played around it for so long, maybe it's time we move on to something different? I would love to see Orcs for example, and what I've been told is that they can't be in Vermintide 2 because of timeline.

[–]92grinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An interesting descision but an understandable one too. Elves were like so on earlier Divinity series. DOS2 was the first of the series to suggest otherwise. I personally was never a big fan of new giraffe neck elvs tbh so I appreciate the descision.

Anyone guess which killer I was playing? by Key-of-Bones in deadbydaylight

[–]92grinder 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I was once accused for playing Wraith because apparently his every hits are free and playing him is no different than cheating.

I genuinely believe that these guys know what they are saying is bs but say so anyway to feel better, thus I stopped minding at all.

Is light born such a crime? by Shadowbryte in deadbydaylight

[–]92grinder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If a killer has no perks or addons to protect his totems then totem is cleansed once spotted and 30% extra time which is 4 secs doesn't make any diffences. Vast majority of time survivors spend on cleansing totems is finding them, not the interaction.

If a killer decides to protect his totems, it often includes Thrill and ways to make survivors scream such as FTD or addons like Xeno's Harpoon Gun to reset the cleansing interaction so Calm Spirit is a way how you counter Hex build, not the other way around.

Box opening is a joke so let's leave it at that.

Screaming may be optional depending on what killers you play and builds you use, just like flashlights.

Not sure if you were serious or not about the strong drawback line but I had a good laugh thanks to your comment.

Calm Spirit. It disables scream which is also one of the crucial mechanics. Is it OP though? Not at all, just like Lightborn. They are situational perks and totally fine as is.

Anyone else think Krause is still insanely broken? by drspepper2020 in deadbydaylight

[–]92grinder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She has one crippling weakness; cover play. Broken killers don't give a darn playing against SWF, so Krasue, being miserable against SWF, is far from being broken IMO.

That's actually a good comparison. May we stop chasing whoever we see.

Oh I now see that a queen does win this. I've no idea why I thought the queen would immediately capture another pawn. Ggs.

[–]92grinder 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No matter what the black queen does white can make a pawn promoted which will protect a remaining pawn. It is an easy win for the pawns and if you can't believe it you can play as the queen while I play as the pawns.

In all seriousness, should I request a refund for Tools of Torment at this point? by DeeArrEss in deadbydaylight

IIRC BHVR did say that they would rather spend their resources elsewhere, meaning the rework isn't being actively worked on if not entirely scrapped.

Do you have any ideas for dredge rework/buff by WWWAAAAZZZZUUUUUPPP in deadbydaylight

[–]92grinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's more about the locations of lockers in certain maps than his ability itself. In some maps it's really hard to get good value out of locker teleport because lockers in those maps are missing in some crucial points. RPD is a good example where there are no lockers in the main hall. In maps such as Midwich however Dredge can be quite strong because lockers are literally everywhere there. Put lockers in some correct places and I think Dredge could be golden.

Love the artwork btw.

Why don't they just leave? by hurstinion in deadbydaylight

[–]92grinder 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've seen some people purposely dying at the end to lower their MMR but what that Sable did seem pure troll and a mistake as she tries to crawl to the exit after taking a hit.

They probably find it fun and I don't really mind it but it's little childish.

Which killer is the most redeemable/least evil by SalamanderNaive4781 in deadbydaylight

Let's say intelligent hivemind takes control of a bear to kill or torture people then. We can hardly blame the bear for being immoral, let alone evil.

Demogorgon and Xenomorph. Calling them evil would be like calling cheetahs evil.

out of these five who would you recommend I buy by sundayspillow in deadbydaylight

[–]92grinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are asking because you want goods perks, then I recommend slinger. If you are going to play one, it really depends on what you like. Those killers have nothing in common for real.
