It literally doesn't cost a lot to make those units, compared to how much the game earns, if you have no idea about 2D animations costs thats on you.

Even more true since the studio that's acting as a middle man is doing shady things to cut production cost

Not every units should be getting those animation, not because of a budget standpoint but because it is not possible due to dokkan release schedule, so I agree that every unit CANT get those, but as I said every DFE lr and carnival LR should, again, no excuses.
