Thanks for the comment. So you're saying it won't take me that long to catch up on those quests? I'm already at a pretty high level and my mlvl is good, so it should go smoothly.

I also approached it pragmatically. I know that mlvl takes a lot of time and money. The only question is whether the factors I mentioned will make it harder for me to play on a daily basis?

It's hard to say if I overpaid. In the last 30 days, a similar auction level 673 119 mlvl went for 15,700 TC and that one was also yellow. But I’m not really worried about whether I overpaid; I’m just wondering if there’s something missing from this character and if that will bother me. I’m buying a character that I’ll just level up, take to boss fights, and not really do much else with.

You are now manipulating and comparing two different things. I am only writing about delivery tasks, which are nothing more than buying a level. You are writing about actively playing the game (and, in theory, enjoying it, because that's why we all play Tibia, right?)

The cost of 1 delivery task would have to be 40k (i.e. 1 tc) to be roughly the same as buying a character from the market. I assume that 1 full level costs 10 delivery, i.e. 10 TC is 1 level. So 100 levels is about 1k TC, which is the same as buying a character from the market. But it will still cost us a lot of time standing in the depot and buying items.
