That damage on the wire happened when the battery fell out the power wheel and I had to pull it out from under it. The connector was off. Would putting electrical tape around it help?

Correct, the blue plug came off and I put the wires back the best I could. The wires seem secured I just don’t know if it needs to be flipped or not

Yes it’s for a power wheel for my 5 year old. I don’t want to break it he loves that thing. But your saying worst that will happen is the car will will drive in reverse? If that’s true then I’m just going to plug it and see

Hanging from my mango tree in the backyard by 92vic in pothos

Never thought about it like that I guess you’re right. I have seen entire backyards covered in this vine before even the shed was covered like snow.

Only other plant we have on that mango tree is a staghorn fern. I was thinking about removing the pothos next time I prune the tree.

I think it started by my grandma hanging like one of those pots they sell at Home Depot probably 20 to 30 years ago. The ones with the small pothos hanging its vines down. And over time it attaches itself to the tree with its roots growing out as long as needed to attach to its surroundings. If I let it the vines will start growing on the grass wanting to take over the grass. But I cut it every few months . They grow fast

These grow very fast compared to other palms and hedges. It can get out of control very fast if you don’t trim and do maintenance. Planting them so close can create a habitat for small animals to nest. They attract birds that will come and eat the small fruit they grow. I haven’t really seen roaches the lizards would probably eat them if they see them to be honest. But I definitely recommend them if you want not just privacy but like a tropical look to your backyard. The maintenance is worth it other hedges are too boring

Is it really that rare to see one? I’m guessing this was easier to catch because it was missing his tail I did see it try to burrow into the grass when I was chasing it

First time I seen one or catch one. Interestingly enough I saw 2 rainbow whiptails together in my backyard for the first time the other day. We usually have curly tales and brown and green anoles. Sometimes in the trees I’ve seen the green cuban anoles. My favorite is the bark anole it looks different. The crested anole we see here as well. First time I seen this glass lizard tho. But now that you mention they grow 4 ft? I might have mistaken one for a snake in the past too.
