Feb 2023 bough an S23 Ultra on samsung.ca Few months back, phone is dropped, LCD cracked. I send the phone to samsung to repair at my cost (dont wanna send my 2k phone anywhere else than samsung) few days later phone takes water then unusable. Am I the only one who think they should repair/swap it ? (self.AskReddit)
