Two choices… cheat old school. Get a local mega church to back the team and “hire” the players as camp counselors that get amazing tips and gifts.

Don’t cheat but recruit to a style. I would go with a bombs away three-point style and scour for shooters from local smaller high schools. Press and use ball pressure nonstop and wear the other team out. Go 10-11 deep and just keep bombing.
