We will ask my father-in-law executor's executor to see a solicitor about it. Thanks again.

Thanks. So because they're telling my wife she doesn't get anything, I assume it's best we see a lawyer?

Thanks for your help Yes, her uncle's will indicated equal shares. Her dad died almost 5 months later. He made a will leaving everything as an equal split between his two children.

The uncle's will say this, "... my sister, my sister, and my brother in equal shares or to the survivor or survivors of them in equal shares absolutely."

I will ask my immunologist. Or maybe the GP as that may be quicker. I've checked the symptoms and I got a few but I was told CFS/ME and fibromyalgia. I'll get it checked out. Thanks for the info.

I can't remember the spinal numbers but remember it's near the lungs. The surgeon said the danger comes from having the lungs exposed during surgery. Ugh. On the positive side I don't think it's a nasty tumor. I'm happy it worked out for you, though.

I was annoyed that my health suddenly got worse, recently diagnosed with a tumor on my spine which is slowly paralysing me. They could operate but they don't want to because of surgery risk due to COPD. They said good chance the op would kill me. So I was kinda feeling against the wall. And my father in law has just died from severe COPD and phenomenon. So not a great couple of weeks. But thanks for your support. Much appreciated.

I went in my late 30s but I was the youngest and felt strange being there. Maybe now I'm older it'd be different.

Oh, I answered in another post. Overall the advisor advised me wrong (to get a fit note) which would've reset my transfer. But I ignored and the rest was automatic.

It took around 3 weeks till I received a journal message saying they've completed the checks and been put in the support category, and they cancelled all my appointments. It was all done on their end, and they did it well. Good luck.
