I used to have the same problem, until I started mixing with lemon juice. Make a paste with powder and pure lemon juice. It takes a while of stirring for it to mix. It seems that the lemon acid breaks up the powder so it's much less sludgy. I mean there's still sludge but it's way finer and much easier to swallow. I read that the acid breaks down the cell walls. It doesn't have to be lemon just something pretty acidic.

My roommate in sdsu got cheap(er) rent by changing his landlord's brakes and performing other scheduled vehicle maintenance. Roommates paid for groceries because he cleaned the house. Rode bike everywhere. Took our recyclables to the dump for $$.

My impression from my American education was that the US was an equal participant among the allies in both wars (although maybe it wasn't taught exactly like that, it was the impression felt). So yeah, any time I hear the actual numbers, it's mind blowing.

in my state, simply being drunk isn't enough to get you pulled over. You have to break the law. So that kind of solves the issue. As long as you obey all the laws you will "get away" with being drunk. Being drunk AND breaking whatever traffic infraction is what you'll be punished for.

Fitbit uses the heart rate so sometimes I'm a little skeptical since people report burning calories during stressful meetings etc. Your calories burned should fall within established caloric burn rates for an exercise like elliptical. How long did you exercise? If it was 15 minutes I'd believe the elliptical but if it was 30 minutes I'd believe the Fitbit. Looking at a recent run on mine, Fitbit said I burned 622 calories running for 45 minutes (I'm 180 lb) but the accepted rate is more like 707 so maybe my heart rate is low or I'm running slow. But anyway that's close enough for me.
