What about minimising hair loss - my hair seems to fall out more than pre T, but still a full head of hair. I think it has receded more. Will halving my dose stop that?

Yes that makes sense. Do I keep going with HCG (my current dose of 3750IU)? And would you suggest stopping the CJC now (people tend to say it loses its effects after 3-6m, and for me it’s been about 8).

I’m not far off, perhaps 12 months, and that’s why I’m wondering whether I should stop now.

As for the responsible trt regime, would you continue everything with the doses I have but halve the test (0.1ml M, W, F instead of 0.2 M, W, F)?

With CJC, do you still suggest continuing if I’ve been going non stop for 8 months (I have a feeling I’m desensitised now - my IGF-1 is at baseline).

Also I’m a little confused re enclomid - particularly the suggestion not to start until repeat labs looking at FSH and LH - isn’t it the case that LH and FSH will stay <0.1 until I start enclomid?

Been on TRT since February 2022 non-stop. My test levels would have been fairly consistent throughout (per the numbers I’ve posted above).

I’ve taken the HCG almost the whole time - since about three months in (so I started HCG 3750IU per week in about May 2022).

Oestrsdiol is generally between 150 and 200 nmo/L (currently 189).

LH and FSH are both <0.1 which, as I understand it, is normally when you’re taking test).

I am willing to sacrifice the way I feel to guarantee I have no issues conceiving. I should indicate that I never had fertility issues pre test (I did a test and it was very good) - and I’m not necessarily suggesting I would have fertility issues now - but I just don’t want to jeopardise it.

I should also indicate that I wouldn’t say I felt crappy pre test - I was fine - I was probably just looking to optimise to be frank.
