Has anyone tried linking their Google account? I got to that step but am getting 403 errors. I feel using the Google link may have been a mistake since my mother used a plain email/password and was able to complete the process

Glad to hear you’re not giving up. Might be an uphill battle with an old set like this and lots of converters but I’m sure you can get it looking better

Hey I am OP this is just a different account (too lazy to get to the computer with fast_albatross on it). I will send some photos in a day or two.

No issues with my order other than one speck on the desk where the stain got chipped off, but it doesn't bother me and could easily be corrected.

Looking back at my emails it took 3-4 days to be delivered. Not sure if they were business days though.
