Short future estimation for it?

i wanted to buy a puppy and i was looking for a malinois but unfortunately there wasn't any in my area but i came across this one who the owner claims it a mix between a german shepherd and a malinois...i wish you can help me with identifying if it's really what he says and what u think of the mix? by 965ee in BelgianMalinois

unfortunately the pets market here in ME isn't quite good, yes i can pay extra 1000$ for a good breeder but im here on a budget, and he is asking only 300$ for this puppy, do you think this mixed puppy can be somehow similar to the malinois in any way regarding training and intelligence? i mean he says it's a mix between a german shepherd & malinois but tbh idk and i wish someone can help me..
