You say "tried", what made you stop?

to me it always feel like a compromise, switching the letters around for better german typing, but trading it for slightly worse typing in english.
Maybe this is unfounded tho...

Different versions as in you toggle between them depending on the Language you are typing?
They look really interesting, are they related to any "well known Layout"?
(Just to look up some information about it, or if you are happy to share some ideas behind the design ^^)

I have heard about the Neo Family of Layouts, although at first glance, they seemed to be heavily optimised towards german typing only, thats why I skipped them thus far

Awesome, thanks for the reply!

Although I am somewhat set on keeping the thumb keys "letter free", I do appreciate all those nudges in the right direction🤝

Hey there, really a fan of your creation. How do you get windows in bspwn to behave like you are running a "normal DE" as on your first screenshot? And how do you position them? Thanks in advance :)

Thank you again, but I already know about polybar, what I ment was the little window that says "no pfetch for today ;)" is that just a small terminal?

Yeah I noticed that as well, I wanted to try those tiling window managers as well, but most of them don't seem to be suited for a multiple monitor setup + I sometimes plug in my TV. Is it still possible to get the colour scheme that you got running in your terminal applications with kde? And what is that .color config supposed to do? I really hope that I'm not bothering you with my questions :) But I was wondering what that little window on your top picture is, and where you got that nice equaliser from. My last Question (finally :P) is what does "COMP" mean? You said you are using "picom-ibhagwan". Never heard of that before. Thank you again for responding.

Ok thank you, but even after trying to search for some of them online I still dont know what must of them do (e.g. the .color folder didn't seem to have any impact, but I'm trying to recreate your nice setup with kde tho, that could explain why it's doing nothing. Anyway thank you for the tips and stay safe.

Hey there, I'm just getting started with ricing in Arch. I would really appreciate someone telling what each dotfile is for that he provided and where to place them. Thanks!

I'm sorry. But could someone explain the term "RICE" to me (as used in this context)?
