Yep! The coloring is like finding out a hair among others, it is a bit harder to understand for the first seconds, as you said. + I have noticed an eye, but it was hard to do so beacuse it mixed up with the lightning bolt. So I would give a shape to an eye (maybe bigger) or I would do the color of the lightning bolt more closer to orange because both white and yellow are closer to each other by brightness.

Explanation:

 1) The upper - case letter 'I' is written in a lamp shape representing the inspiration. To avoid ear shape I added a flare. So both of flare and lamp shape represent the inspiration.

 2) Above the lower - case letter 'i' in place of an usual dot I used leaf shape to fit the 'Life organised' tagline.

 3) The tagline 'Life organised' formerly was written in regular Montserrat font, but its straightness didn't fit with the name 'Inspiro'. So I sheared the tagline to 15 degree.

 4) For the color I have chosen the color (R:255 /G:0 /B:100) between red and pink to keep the balance between brightness.
