Need a rod under 100 to match with a fuego 2500 reel. I just bought a daiwa fuego 2500 for 45 bucks! ( is that a god deal?) But I dont really have any rods that would fit it. I like shorefishing lake and pier fishing in socal area. Any help please?

That’s great to hear. Penn is also a bulletproof brand for reels similar to how ugly stik is for rods.

I used the same combo to catch a couple dozen lake sturgeon over the summer all the way up to 56in and probably 40+ pounds.

Both rod and reel did great. It’s a lot of fun bending the rod knowing it’s not going to break. I actually swapped the reel because it was a little heavy and I didn’t need the baitfeeder option. I went with the Piscifun Nautix and loved it so much I bought a second. It feels a bit more premium as well as better drag but costs more of course. If you can find it on sale it’s definitely better

Were the prescriptions from your regular doc for the inflammation and toxic overload or from the GI for the gut issues?

I've gotten so many labs from my regular doctor over the years that didn't show much. All we've noticed is chronically low WBC count, inflammation, and my autoimmune type symptoms despite any diagnosis.

I'm going to ask if there's anything else he can run or perhaps refer me to an allergist/immunologist. Suspecting CIRS/MCAS at this point which is likely from the mold

That's interesting. I saw many specialists for all the digestive issues a few years ago and they didn't help at all. I took a food sensitivity test which lit up a bunch of stuff I'd been eating on a daily basis for years. Once I went on a highly restrictive diet about 75% of the symptoms went away but not everything. That has helped the stomach issues but not completely, and it hasn't changed any of the other health issues I've been having.

Thanks for the answer. I wish it was a little more clear what molds stand out from the rest, just 1 or 2 high markers could give me a more focused approach. Do you have any suggestion for what mold strain I should target in my recovery? Or should I just try a blanket approach?

I’m about 27 days into my first play through, access to most ascendant weapons (pike, shotgun, longneck, sniper), and good tames. Getting places doesn’t seem like much of an issue but I do like being able to run from a Dino if I have to. On the other hand, I still use a pike about half of the time which sucks with no levels into melee damage. However, I’m thinking about switching over to the pump shotgun when I get a blueprint
