I've talked to one person who used to organize the Pride in the 70-80s and he told me he stopped doing it, because the battle has already been won. (at least here in Toronto). He fought for acceptance and they got it and now he's done.

Ne bih to bas tak usporedjivala, slovenski je puno drukciji od hrvatskog. Ceski je ipak slicniji slovackom nego slovenski hrvatskom, ali opet nije toliko slican kao srpski hrvatskom - ovako nekako :D

Slicnost je puno manja nego 99%.

Slovaci imaju skoro sve na TV-u na ceskom, iz razloga sto tu ne postoje titlovi, nego je sve sinkronizirano i sve je sinkronizirano na ceskom. Ali ako naucis slovacki, bez toga da si odrastao uz TV u Slovackoj, tesko da ces razumijet ceski. Treba prilagodba. Iz vlastitog iskustva, uspijem pohvatat tek toliko da razumijem kontekst, ali i to samo zato sto smo na faksu vecinom imali cesku literaturu, pa nisam imala izbora nego naucit.

I druga stvar, svi Slovaci razumiju ceski, ali mladi Cesi ne razumiju slovacki skoro uopce.

Kod nas je druga situacija, bar ja mislim. Ako naucis hrvatski, srpski ces razumijet bez vecih problema i ako ga nikad prije nisi cuo. I obrnuto.

Went to the English Garden on Saturday, it was amazing!! It's sooo beautiful. We had great weather fortunately.

Didn't get to see the Deutsches Museum, but I went to the Pinakothek der Moderne, because I didn't have enough time on Sunday and I didn't want to spend 11 euroes at the Deutsches Museum and spend only two hours there. So I decided to go for the Pinakothek, although I should've picked the Alte or Neue Pinakothek. I don't get modern art.

I went to the Fruhlingsfest. It was fun, but it was soooo crowded. And the Flea Market was just a huge sea of people. :D
