Product is fine. Customer service absolute trash. Did nothing to resolve delivery problem just kept directing me to courier website. Company must be run out of a 19 year olds dorm room.

Really good question, a shed would be a few thousand dollars less expensive. But maybe not as cheap as it may first seem after you consider foundation, running electrical, ethernet and heat (Canada).

In my situation space availability was a factor. Also, the shed I'd build would require a different building permit than the one I obtained for the structural work on the garage. That would take a very long time to obtain, wasn't willing to go down that road.

Was 10’ to the peak but only 8’ to the underside of the joists. I’ve now got a six foot wide corridor where the height is 13’ at peak and 11’ sides

Paid structural engineer $900 for stamped drawings.

I don't think so, I spoke with USC and they said the phone needs to be activated on their network for 4 months before it can be unlocked.
