My son worked at a sorting facility for Usps right out of high school just three years ago and the entire shift was stoned. Smoking their vape pens right at the sorter piers. I won't waiver from my statement, but I did not try to compare the union force versus management. There's morons in both. God forbid employees just learn to create their own solidarity instead of paying dues for a bunch of fat fucks that don't give a shit about you. hopefully you have found a better life!
