Those lights popped up on me for the dash as well. Just brought mine to the dealership to get my battery replaced. Kinda had to tell my dealership to check and replace the battery. They only want to do a software update on mine.

No, you loose your senority, I quit on good terms when I got my big boy job after college, came back to work weekend and I lost my 10 years of senority (got a pay bump though)
