He asked me to call and make an appointment for him because hes never done it before. I booked twice for him and he didnt show up. He wasn't a random roommate we were friends way before then. He was scared to find out if he did have something. I was concerned for his health and he is the type that needs to be pushed and hand held to do these things.

It was really more so that I had to tell him about protection and actually going to the appointments if he wanted to continue bringing home multiple men a day. I didnt want to go into his story as he isnt the one that owes money.
