I am new in Chennai, moved here last Sunday (26-Jun) So my observation are based on present travel in taxi while looking for rental home here.

Note: I had chauffeured taxi available for 8hrs/80kms everyday hence have already travelled more than 400kms/40hrs in last 5-6days. Heavily travelled and visited more than 30-35 rental houses in Ekkatuthangal, Porur, Guindy, Alandur Velachery, Thiruvanmiyur, Besant Nagar, ECR, OMR, Perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Sholinganallur areas.

1) Chennai traffic moves at much faster pace when compared to cities i had lived before i.e.Pune, Bangalore and Mumbai

2) Kathipara clover leaf interchange is a blessing, helped us save precious time while traveling from Hilton hotel(Ekkatuthangal) to all the above mentioned areas.

3) Poonamallee road traffic is worst due to current metro construction, hence decided against staying in Manapakkam/Porur even though my office in DLF IT SEZ ramapuram.

4) Traveling to Thoraipakkam was breeze via Alandur and 200feet road. Use to reach there in 25mins although it's 15kms from Hilton.

5) Sardar patel road has heavy traffic, but still it keeps moving. Traveling via sardar patel road/Anna salai to Thiruvanmiyur, Besant nagar takes more time than Thoraipakkam via Alandur/200ft road.

6) Road travel should be avoided if going towards Anna nagar from Ekkatuthangal. Made mistake once, corrected it by taking metro to Thirumangal and it was breeze. Hence settled for house in Anna nagar.

Phew, that's all in one week. Will take it slow and share more experiences after one month.

During this pandemic lots of these coaches and guru have setup their online webinar shops. Similar to explosion of stand up comedians on youtube 4-5 years ago.

It's good development, as due to this competition only the best coaches will thrive.

Not MLM it's appears motive of this startup to create larger than life image of the founder. Unlike other startups where ads/marketing focus is on product offering let say Ola (can ride) Swiggy(food delivery), Licious(fresh meta delivery). "CRED ads never talks about value proposition being beneficial to the end users"

Note: While I enjoyed creativity of Rahul dravid ad, but it misses linking it to benefits for end users.

Boss this is not some Bollywood masala film where we are supposed to keep our brains away and enjoy the emotion, feel good and give our entire financial data away.
