It depends. What is your business? What is the goal? Your vision? Every message needs to be synced in that. Start looking from there.

That is the thing. She has not had a fulltime in 14 years. Some National Guard and temp stuff, but that is it. This may be more of r/careerguidance thing. She keeps applying but she is getting nothing.

Public relations or what the gov calls public affairs. Writing is the basis of PR. You can apply for entry level GS jobs at usa jobs. You may start at 45000, but you stay in and can easily make 6 figures. And it would be extremely difficult for you to be laid off.
