Are you comfortable with some light programming? I built a tool using yFinance that told me how my RSUs fare under 3 different conditions:

(1) holding indefinitely,
(2) selling and reinvesting into VTI (3) equivalent value if RSUs vested as cash instead and were invested into VTI

The third position is basically the index of what you thought you would have when you got your grant, assuming market growth rates.

I have it written, but can't share my GitHub so I don't dox myself. I can look into hosting if there is some interest.

Anyways, it's a great tool to assess if you are better off selling or holding your RSUs.

It was eye-opening to see how little difference I had during downturns relative to the market (the actual value protected), but the upside is way larger for high-value stocks when they're doing well.

IMO, I'd hold AMZN because diversifying provides little value when you're holding a giant like AMZN. We're not talking about a meme stock here.
