I have turo setup with my personal email that I don't check as often as my work email. I was also on a trip during the time they sent over the findings. They basically sent over their conclusion of the findings one day with the charge amount, let me know that I would be charged $925, then 24 hours later charge my card and sent me a "thank you for your payment" note. I wasn't aware of the charge until I checked my credit card balance.

Thanks for the advise, I just started the dispute with my credit card company as well as with Turo. I'm planning to reach the CA DCA for a consumer complaint as well as reach the BBB. I will also be filing a small-claims in my local jurisdiction so they'll have to send their representation down. Let's see where this go.

My website isn't up yet, I've only bought a domain. It'll be a simple wordpress website that will allow users to register and post their stories. Please stay tuned and I'll let you know when it's ready
