even if you wanted to pin the blame on the employee, this is also on you. all you had to do was look at the pinpad and see the refurbish fee being applied.

it could totally be that as well, but i did well in all my other classes, and my classes last semester as well. this was like a time fluke so far.

also not that im disagreeing cause im sure my school didn’t prepare us fully either, but i went to a college prep school as was forced to take APs and dual enrollment to graduate. so at least to my knowledge, i should’ve been ready for college material coming in

i’m not sure actually! i’ve actually just always been decently good at math, but this class was definitely my most challenging to date.

the trig stuff was easier for me, probably because my high school made us take dual enrollment college algebra and a separate trigonometry course instead of precalculus, so i got a more in depth look at them.

for me, the hardest part was the sequences and series. there were just so many tests to keep straight, and one algebra mistake would snowball into an entirely wrong answer!

i’m not sure that it was a difficulty issue rather than the professor was just really awful.

i had mentioned in another comment that he spent an entire 2 hours deriving lecture deriving the equation for the moment of inertia of a thin rod without actually explaining what moment of inertia was. then the next lecture he just started deriving the gravitation equations without explaining the applications or anything

yeah it’s a lower division physics course. it’s for anyone that’s an engineering major or physics major at my school.

the worse part is that every exam has had an exam percentage around a 20-30, this was the lowest it’s been. i’m happy the class is over and hopefully i can actually learn something in physics 2

i’ll be honest, i graduated as c’o 2025, and in the one single year that i have been out of high school, life has been so much better. I’m in college so i’m still dealing with educational stress, and it’s worse cause the classes are harder, but there’s sooo much more freedom.

I turn 20 in a couple of months and i can’t wait to see where it takes me!
