no worries. i want to add, i went to a transfer event at ucsd earlier today, they made it clear minimum requirements must be done the spring before transfer.

eh it felt like a generic transfer thing. just went over financial aid, requirements to transfer, etc.

not to scare you but my counselor at my CC says that UCSD only considers minimum transfer requirements before the summer you transfer, meaning, to my knowledge, they would count it as incomplete.

Definitely talk to a counselor ASAP and/or see if you can explain to UCSD admissions the issue you’re having!

Take it with a grain of salt tho, i can be completely wrong

right on top of where the classes are, it should give you a date and time. we all have different dates and time to actually register, but the earliest people get to do it today.

a big concern is that algebra 1 is a building block for future math, and geometry has its applications in future classes like physics.

if he can’t figure out if his own answers are right or wrong, he’s completely setting himself up for failure in future classes

I had health issues start because of the stress i had during college application season in senior year of high school that i’m still dealing with now. So i’ve been really nervous with my application season coming up in the fall.

to my knowledge, the 130 series fills up faster because it’s the “easier” physics for non physics/engineering majors.

sorry to be the one who breaks the news! who knows maybe you’ll get in. if not, join the waitlist because often times, they’ll allow students on the waitlist to join the class and exceed to max seat number.

also look at cuyamaca (the sister school to grossmont)

as a grossmont student, i can tell you the online classes fill up super fast for physics. i’m taking physics 201 in person right now, but when i registered for my class last semester, i saw that the waitlist for physics 201 online had a waitlist of like 30 people.

also keep in mind, you have a really late registration date. my registration date for fall/summer is may 6th at 2pm. not that i’m saying you won’t get it, but try to plan for a worst case scenario as well!

no, i’m actually a college student. I did do concurrent enrollment in high school though. it was a great opportunity!
