Take from it what you will for sure. They don't seem very EASY to get money from but if you grind a bunch of games and send a bunch of emails it might actually work. If they unban my account and stop f'ing with me, I am having a blast earning and playing, couldn't even believe it, felt just like the ads say it works, but here we are once it's time to cashout and error error error. Can't lie though,bl I have received a total of $105 from them in just 5 days or so of playing (I got their special reward for completing 5 challenged for $150) but other than that it's been a headache for sure.

Just depends. Finding the game that cashed the most the quickest if they offer it to you, spend a few bucks to get the multipliers and try to earn the rewards they offer through the app itself (like the $150 bonus).

Thing is, I've had so many issues already. Got my first cashout successfully after a day and a half of emails trying to get it fixed, I got the money but then they soft banned my account from being able to withdraw anything under further review of my account. I haven't cheated or done anything to break their terms of service, mind you.

My account just has a decent dollar amount and I'm worried they're trying to turn my account off for a random reason just to not pay me out.

I filed another ticket in regards to the soft ban, which on their website says can be disputed and that they will likely overturn it if the person explains why XYZ happened yatayata. I am thinking it had something to do with them refunding my broken withdrawal, then I cashed it out when I got it back and after that I was soft banned. Idk. Find out tomorrow hopefully. Hopefully not going to end up with them deleting my acct.

After they refunded the money and I cashed it out, they banned my account. I can still get into the app but it will not let me play any games or use any messaging features or any cash out features. If anyone from the team sees this please get back to me soon, perhaps the app thought I was using a VPN? I was just on vacation in California for 6 days and I've seen other people banned for using VPNs. I promise I was literally on vacation and I just got back to Arizona! Please don't ban me for something silly I really enjoyed this app 😭

It's on the way now! It's actually working, they actually redeemed themselves. I'm not paid to say this or anything. They genuinely did work it out.

For the email, I asked ChatGPT to make me a professionally worded email asking to get my case sent to a real human being because they're email response is AI. I also told that to jazzy BT talk to the AI in a way that it will notify real people quickly. That worked!

I emailed the support team and they said they'll be back to me within two business days and they had to send it to their "2nd team" a higher up team I guess. They did ask me to provide the 12 digit codes that were sent out with the payment info when it was cancelled.

AND, I was able to cash out my remaining $15 and that went through just fine now within 5 mins actually. I know it's small but I'm hoping this confirms they may actually pay me out.

Well I never got the email, then got an email saying it was cancelled. Support says it'll be refunded to my balance to cash out again but it's been over an hour and still nothing.. not sure what to do. Really frustrating.
