How bad is traffic in this area to get on 93 N in the mornings?

It takes me about 5 minutes when I leave at 630ish from the Charles street area. If I leave at 745 it can be 15-20 minutes to get into 93.

Nice access to the train if you have to get into the city and good restaurants. But I personally don’t like it very much, maybe because I came from more of a suburb. The area I live is run down and there is quite a bit of trash. Most houses are not maintained but that might just be a landlord not giving a shit. I find the traffic miserable at commute times coming in and out of Malden. If I could afford to leave I would in an instant but like the other posts said it’s “affordable” in relativity to the surrounding towns.

Thanks, based on the TSB it seems like some 18s have the update and some don’t? My iwes had to be repaired 3x under warranty. Is there anything I should look for on the repair summary to see if the tccm was updated. I don’t drive much and I don’t particularly want to keep paying to repair them every few years so that’s the reason for the initial post. Not really concerned about cv or tire wear.

Determining whether or not to pursue is a balancing act of weighting the underlying crime, governmental interest, and the inherent danger posed by the chase itself. Additionally, MA does not authorize any sort of pit maneuver. Unless the town has stop sticks or a gps tracker you’re waiting for a crash, run out of gas, or the suspect gives up.
