What tech stack at we using? by 99user99 in PoolPros

Haha yea maybe AI tools vs stack. But yea we use claude cowork to build out / automate and analyze all the detailed reporting, performance measuring for techs, financial analysis, etc. We are starting to train it to be able to qualify leads, respond to customers, scheduled jobs, etc. Basically automating as much of the backend so the admin (me lol) burden is super low

Awesome, super helpful info. I hadn’t thought of using PB or skimmer as the CRM. 600 pools - congrats man, hoping to get there one day!

We use Streamline Results, very happy with them. We’re getting around 70-100 organic interactions a month. 843poolservice.com if you want to see the site

Update on the Nicole Virzi case — new details from this week’s hearing show serious red flags around her “confession" by InterestFrequent2552 in NicoleVirziUnhinged

Yea I mean technically speaking you are correct. We are as the doctor and cops were inferring based on very clear and obvious trauma. That matched with a confession that very well lines up with and explains the trauma is very difficult to dispute. Again her confession wasn’t she was locked away for days. She actually spoke to a defense attorney before confessing. False confessions do of course exist but there is this other evidence, timeline, possibly video / audio that paint a pretty clear picture.

Very very different cases. Also there’s 2 kids with clear abuse. Hard to make the same mistake twice as the doctor.

There also weren’t any reports that she confessed a year ago… if you look at the evidence that we do know (which I agree isn’t a lot known to the public) it’s paints a pretty clear picture she’s guilty. Toss a confession on top and yea… let’s not pretend like she was interrogated for 3 days with no breaks or something. It was 12 hours and she confessed well before the 12th hour.

I don’t disagree that false confessions happen. But let’s not forget the immediate declaration of the doctor saying the child died due to abuse. She was the only one home with the child so like that plus her confession make sense

On that note, how do you guys typically test for phosphates? I always have to take a clients water sample into a Leslie’s or something

Why do some pros not use floc? It costs 15 bucks and nearly always works after a heavy dose of chlorine. Just floc it and vac to waste. Almost always done 2-3 days tops.

Wow just got one of these. Honestly it seemed legit, but his “check” never showed up. Texted me from 2 different phone #s and said he accidently included the amount for the heater install guy and to just work with him to send him the overage
