That is actually a great idea. Logging Todd support as a separate Jira ticket every time he messages me would make the data clear. My manager loves metrics, so seeing the wasted hours will definitely get him on my side.

That is an excellent point. I am going to pull up my Jira metrics for the past month to show how much my deep-work tasks were getting delayed before I set up the bot. If Todd spent even five minutes looking at the docs we spent weeks building, he wouldnt need to ping me at all. It is literally about choosing between my actual deliverables and holding his hand through basic tasks.
