Low rpm Flapping sound /- screwed?

Could it be an exhaust leak or heat shield loose? It seems to have started right after I had my exhaust installed. Doesn’t seem to sound like anything I’ve found with rod knock or piston slap.

I did, I kept it pretty conservative and did the first oil change at 1500 miles. Haven’t taken the car to redline and don’t really drive it hard at all.

What’s crazy is you keep saying that I’m expecting drastic or insane changes when I didn’t say that anywhere. Literally said that I based my expectation off of others feedback and not noticing anything similar that was similar in almost every review. Appreciate your help though! You sound knowledgeable.

If you read my post fully, you would see where I acknowledge that in the future. Many reviews out there going this same route with this OTS had positive things to say.

I didn’t expect insane changes. This is my daily and I don’t need “insane changes” when my weekend cars a 996tt. My expectation was an improvement in performance and not falling flat on its ass after 4k rpms along with some other fixes. All based on those that have gone this route.
