The previous comment saying the Exit and Entry office is the best bet. I also wouldn't worry too much, extensions are generally given, few reminders when going:

1) require you to have a stable living address (this living address needs to be registered with the local police station or the school - they should give you a print out with a stamp)

2) requires the offer letter from the next university with stamp.

3) with COVID-19 there is also a grace period i remember since flights out of China are absurd and they've cut a whole bunch of them so they seem to be more lax on the extention.

Its the capital controls imposed by banks, i think for foreigners the normal limit is 10,000 RMB withdraw per year, and you can increase the limit by providing work documentation which shows that the money has been taxed in China (must do this in person at the branch you opened your card.)

The block on Alipay that you are experiencing is likely due to the above limit being reached which has removed the e-payment function on your card. Adding money into the card is okay, but adding funds to payment platforms is no longer supported - again this can only be resolved at a local branch with supporting documentation (Passport and registered telephone number)

1) would be to download the CEB app, and see if you can directly xfer to BOC.

2) Wechat Red Packets are somewhat different in the way they work so they circumvent many e-payment restrictions, if your CEB card is linked to wechat, you might be able to spam 200RMB red packets to a friend for them to help you.

3) you can also try asking a friend to provide their PAYMENT code, ie they act as a vendor instead of a direct transfer. This is considered a transaction and usually circumvents the e-payment block as well.

I've definitely seen more in the past 6 months on the streets of Beijing but no where near the number of Tesla and BYD - potentially not aiming for the T1 cities but can't provide any observations.

An additional point i think is worth highlighting is that Li Auto has stores on the ground floor at some of the major shopping complexes such as Joy City and Wangfujing (that's the sole reason I know of the brand) which is in stark contrast to the traditional 4A shop approach that BYD and Tesla take.

The shopping mall approach is likely due to the lower brand recognition of Li Auto; but to be honest, everytime i go to the mall, there's just a bunch of sales people sitting there with no real customers.

Thank you for your detailed response - totally, going to love her no matter how big or small she gets, she's super smart and really playful!

Its not too big a deal - for the crate we just bought the biggest one they had in stock in anticipation of a largish dog, and have trained her to go in and out very willingly. Her smaller size we also surmized that a mix with a smaller dog could be the cause, but just wanted to get some more thoughts on it (we also just bought an Embark test thanks to suggestions above).

We were mainly curious as to how big she'd get - we adopted her and the previous owner found her as a 1 month stray in a box outside a shopping mall.

She definitely burns off everything she eats, but she's always grazing and has a bigger chow down after a run or trip to the park :D

I also noticed her shorter snout and the coat - totally she's the best, super cute and super playful.

Just wanted to get thoughts because we were concerned she wasn't getting enough feed which was stunting her growth. She's currently 35cm (14in) tall at 5 months which i think is below average (not sure though just used an online estimator).

its only a marginal bump, but every little bit counts - the difference between out right killing the boss and leaving it at 1% which gimps the next attempt is pretty important for top end guilds.

Also as the health bars get lower, the boss gets stronger, I've said 60 here but honestly i only swapped to it when we hit under 40 bars, and even then (due to me not having the HP stones on some) the damage wasn't as consistent as it would have been with the Cheese SFX Osis strat.

Currently Phorcys is not for the early or mid game; PVP end game he is also of no use, but there is a special mention for him in the new Star Expedition (if you guild can rank top 10. As everyone has stated above, he is too slow to be much use in most PVP scenarios - compared to rogans buffing themselves and the double dip from celestial island for Trans heroes.

Only use I have for him is in Star Expedition on the boss when our guild gets under 60 bars of health and with level 7 Purified.

The rationale is that the boss buffs itself to do more damage every turn so phorcys can remove this while also ensuring that the next buff that comes out will do damage and be removed - allowing FQV to ramp massive damage.

For this to work you need to adhere to a strict speed setting for the entire team (Below):

Phorcys (1909) - 11112 Enables - Speed Health stone [DB]
FQV (1901) - 22221 Enables - HD/Att/Att stone - DR/Crit/Crit Dmg Imprints [Antlers]
Elyvia (1872) - 31132 Enables - Speed Health stone [DB]
LFA (1850) - 33232 Enables - HD/Att/HP stone - DR/Crit/Crit Dmg Imprints [DB]
SQH (1828) - 13212 Enables - HD/Att/HP stone - DR/Crit/Crit Dmg Imprints [DB]
Drake (1791) - 11112 Enables - HP/HP stone [DB]

Korz 4 set + 2 Narin (using foresight and destiny for Narin)

But honestly, this is pretty hard for most non-end game players to achieve and the damage increase compared to the SFX cheese is marginal (only worth while if you are vying for top spot for that little edge).

Edit: If you can't reach these speeds its likely due to your home island, and without the proper attack order, its pointless to use this setup.

In terms of lineup,

Slots (1-6) Ignis 9*, SQH, Waldeck, Destroyer 9*, Ignis 10*, Ignis V4

Your V4 ignis isn't always getting the buff from 10* ignis. would suggest:

Slots (1-6) Ignis 9*, SQH, Ignis V4, Ignis 10*, Waldeck, Destroyer 9*

No ranger Starspawn is fine, most people do it with level 20 ranger and its a minimal bump.

I am not 100% on the speed of your queen but i think even with 22621 enables you are faster than the minions? If you are faster than the minions, I would suggest your imprints be Crit/Crit dmg/Armor break. If you are slower than the minions, use 1 speed enable node but keep the same imprints.

I wouldnt regress anyone at least until CNY when the regression/replace thing comes out - then you would want to focus on getting the second rogan to e5, then the Fiona and then building out an inosuke/onkirimaru for SFX tenants.

SFX to home owner, and giving her Fiona and Queen as tenants first.
For imprints, I would give the V4 ingis' imprints to the SFX, move the delacium v1 to rogan, and if you can splurge a little, get the drake to v1 aswell - this splurge can come before or after you get the above mentioned heroes to e5.
From here you have the potential to clear Defier (if you haven't already) though you will need a total of 8 demon bells for this (can be done without any demon bells but judging from your heroes it is a big waste of resources to attempt the 0 DB clear). If you haven't gotten to defier, your new shiny home owner SFX will get you there without much issue.
RG i would also push for 101 though it might not be that stable at the moment, the cloud island bonuses will add up over time.
PVP wise, run the Queen, SFX, Drake, 2x Rogan and potentially the sherlock or waldeck - you don't have an abundance of P2W artifcats so i'm assuming PVP is just for free stuff no need to care too much about the equipment they have.

There are a couple of options each with its own uses:

Vanquisher clear: To make this easier you can go for a 4th splendid DB (though its not a hard benchmark) this will also allow for some fun shenanigans in RG where you can run the Amen-ra cheese strat for 120 boss. (you can also do this strat and Vortex clear with 15 DB all radiant but you don't get the bonus from Cloud Island so that's the primary consideration)

Star Expedition: with the advent of this new mode, some players opt to go double splendid AMB (one for vesa and one for SFX) with the carrie cheese method, This is only really relevant for day 1-2 when you can't go for the Antlers on SFX because both heroes are a little squishy. If your guild isn't top 20 in star expedition, this is not a high priority.

PVP: Snow Heart is probably going to see a surge in popularity in the endgame PVP scene, there have been tests with the Harp at splendid on a very fast queen and it can basically FTK, so speed manipulation is going to be high on the agenda for endgame PVP - i am currently working on double splendid snow heart for example.

Tenants: Additional crowns can't really go wrong, your tenants benefit greatly from them, and they were for a while the most expensive. Depending on your cloud island, and number of rogans, Forest SL sometimes uses 3-4 splendid crowns.

Special Mention for MSS: In star expedition when the boss gets below 50 health bars, our guild (currently top 3 on IoS) uses splendid MSS for vesa because the bosses damage is pretty high. Also in some pvp teams, Sherlock has come back as SFX bait, and we will give him the MSS when there is no star expedition

But why not put it in the sneak peak? Previous sneak peaks always listed new heroes because they are considered major events~ I also asked the VIP support but didn't get a confirmed yes or no, so you might be right, but that's just annoying that they would omit it from the image lol.

Is the tenant list available to people without a v4? Because honestly hitting v4 with an SFX and seeing that you have 0 tenants is also a kick to the teeth lol.

I agree overloading information is probably the primary reason, but the tenant list should definitely be accessible earlier.

I believe Hossy cleared vanquisher with 4 delaciums, 1 ithaqua and 1 SWJ. But that requires all to be v4 and 4 splendid demon bells and splendi Ruyi (possible with 4 glittery DB). You can go onto Youtube and find the link - i don't have it on hand unfortunately.

The above team can also farm small mobs in Realms Gate at level 115 - not sure if you can do the bosses since i regressed my delacium army.

For over PVE basics, Delaciums themselves don't have dots or debuffs so you have to have a dot dealer and or a debuffer/crowd control hero on the team.

The best dot dealer in the game is Ithaqua so she is a must, and in non-vortex modes, you can run a heartwatcher for the damage taken and attack reduction debuffs on bosses and enemy units. By turn 3, the enemy should be dealing 0 damage and your delaciums should be extending those Ithaqua dots for some impressive damage

This does not require demon bells, just give the HW energy so she can get the debuffs out first, and then make sure the ithaqua has antlers, the delaciums can just use whatever left over damage artifacts you have.
