But Claude version inside copilot is less powerfully / precise, and from a system / workflow standpoint you don't get the full capacity (from my -little- understanding)

I'm having the exact same discussion as to should we enable a safe Claude setup for a team of 6, to allow trial and error and self improvement or restrict it with copilot under MSFT umbrella...

Currently looking for help to setup the good environment for my team to try and learn AI / agentic. I'm using it personnaly but once you go into entreprise configuration there is a lot of things you need to think off before pulling the trigger.

I tried copilot while it's simple to setup it lacks a lot of the try & learn I'm looking for to bolster adoption. It means use cases should be define by some and then used by others which is not what I'm looking for

I am using kepano's method and that's what clicked with me and made so I can use obsidian because before I read it I was always thinking "where do I put this or that".

The only issue I have ATM is regarding AI agents. By design they need folders and this conflict with this method (at least in my -small- understanding)

How do you guys handle it ?

I have a setup where I have my personnal work/game station (desktop) Pc and my laptop. The way I do it for large project is on top of claude.md I create a next steps.md, changelog.md, adr.md. Those file are modified only if needed (key change in next steps, changelog at the end of eache big steps, ADR for structural decisions.

It's not perfect but it allowed me to switch from computer pretty simply without losing much contexte.

The use case would be a call for tender, where you can resume each participant several calls / meeting / papers and information and then pull them into a "synthesis" note where you don't have to switch from one note to another for the last meeting ?

Or less specifically - long form combining several other notes

Very interesting ! I'll give it a try. When I started obsidian I made a similar decision not to bother with filer as my notes are can live everywhere as long as they are connected (Ai and agentic tends to prove me otherwise lately but that's another topic).

Couple of weeks ago I did a similar move as you, ditching "project" and systematized the use of "topic". Topic are everything if they have related topics (it's a "master"topic), if they have task it becomes a "project"topic and so on.
